Texas Red Cheese Bake

1/2 cup mayonnaise

One 8 ounce pack cream cheese

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

2 green onions (chopped)

6 Ritz crackers (crushed)

8 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled) or equivalent "real" bacon bits

1/2 cup of WBG Texas Red
Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onions, half the bacon and ¼ cup WBG Texas Red in a quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Top with remaining bacon and WBG Texas Red.
Serve with crackers.
Howdy Blazin' Balls

Prepared meatballs

Howdy Heat

Parmesan cheese
Place your favorite frozen meatballs, or homemade if that's your thing, in a casserole dish. The casserole dish will retain the juice better than a baking sheet. Baste the meatballs using Howdy Heat and bake at 350° until piping hot. Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
WBG Sliders or Burgers
Prepare your favorite burger the way you like and add an extra kick with a famous WBG sauce. We recommend the Texas Red to be a charbroiled burger and Howdy Heat for a flat grilled burger.
Don't forget the bacon!
Texas Red Shrimp
1 LB Shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 TBSP Butter
4 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Cup Texas Red
Peel, devein and rinse shrimp, pat dry with paper towel. Peel, crush and finely chop garlic cloves. Add all ingredients into sauce pan and cook on medium heat until shrimp are fully cooked through and opaque. Add more Texas Red to taste.
